Candidates will be required to handle all new notifications of glass damage. Whether it is by phone, email or online our aim is to capture all the necessary details to ensure that the job is carried out swiftly and professionally. They should be polite, calm, understanding, helpful and accurate along with an excellent professional phone manner. Experience is helpful, but not essential as training will be provided.
