Maryjane O’Donnell was appointed Allglass® COVID Complaince Manager back in March 2020. She underwent rigorous COVID training with the HSE, acquiring all the skills and knowledge needed to take on this honorous role. Since then she has guided the company through the choppy waters of the pandemic, ensuring all staff are safe and supported. We asked Maryjane to give us a quick insight in to what the role entailed.
“It’s been a challenging but rewarding role. I’ve assisted in the implementation of many new processes and policies which have enabled Allglass® as a company to continue providing a best in class service to our Customers while keeping our employees and their family’s safe during this global pandemic.”
“Some of these changes would include remote working, virtual meetings, departmental separation, ECTC, face coverings and social distancing. I host weekly Zoom meetings with our Department Leads to discuss all things Covid related. I’m always on the lookout for ways to improve how we do things!”
