My car windscreen was smashed last saturday night. I rang the 24hr helpline at 10.30 Sunday Morning and within an hour or so the Allglass people had come to my house and fixed the windscreen. I filled in the forms which were very easy to follow unlike previous insurance company versions...genuinely mega impressed.

Many thanks for the way you handled this one. From my perspective it underscores my belief that we are working with the best glass people in the market.
