Introduction
Allglass Windscreens Nationwide Limited provides an automotive glass replacement and repair service to the insurance market and national road users.
Our service is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year throughout Ireland, Northern Ireland, UK and Europe. This service is provided through our Call Centre and is operated by our team of 45 dedicated windscreen repair depots who also offer a comprehensive mobile service.
Access to the Call Centre is by Low Call or Freephone numbers which can be dedicated with customised answering if required.
Allglass operate a computerised database call logging system. This system allows for the electronic logging and processing of information pertaining to a windscreen breakage notification. Customer details, vehicle details, insurance policy details and pricing are recorded and processed. The progress of any job can be established at any stage and a complete audit trail is available for each transaction.
This system is capable of drawing information to and from other systems operated by our insurance customers.
Allglass is ISO9001:2000 accredited with expert staff and continual training and best practice initiatives in operation. All materials used are from manufacturer approved suppliers and carry the “E” mark standard. We operate a customer care programme.
Our service levels set us aside from our competition with no additional charges on Saturdays, Sundays, or Bank Holidays
